PRE-ORDER POLICY

AT TIME OF PURCHASE/CHECKOUT YOU ARE AGREEING TO OUR TERMS OF SERVICE AND ALL POLICIES STATED ON OUR SITE

PRE-ORDER CANCELLATION / QUANTITY REDUCTION POLICY

Cancellation of pre-orders for products in the following categories will incur a 10% processing fee:

Trading Card Game Sealed Product

Sports Card Products

Other Collectible/Randomized Products

Release date delays, product allocation issues, and other logistics, production, or distribution factors outside of our control will not serve as reason to circumvent this policy.

Orders placed for multiple copies of a single item which are suspected to be for resale/speculative purposes may have their quantities reduced. Reductions made by Orchard City Games for this reason may also be subject to the 10% processing fee at management’s discretion.

As per our TCG Singles Shipping Policy, all singles sales are final.

All orders containing Pre-Order products will be held until the release/arrival of all items in that order.

Should you wish to split an order into multiple shipments, it will require the purchase of an additional $10.95 shipping charge.

Release dates are subject to change due to errors or delays in regards to publishing, distribution and/or other unforeseen circumstances.

PRE-ORDER PRICE PROTECTION

If we lower the price of a Pre-Order product before its release date you will be credited the difference on a digital gift card which can be redeemed online or in-store on a future purchase.*

If we raise the price of a Pre-Order product, the cost to you will not change.**

**Significant price increases at the distribution level may require us to collect additional funds despite our normal price protection policy. These cases are rare and typically happen when a mistake is made at the distribution level. If this happens you will be contacted with a notice that the price was in error and we will happily offer a full refund if you would prefer not to pay the difference.

Return Policy You may return most new, unopened sealed items sold and fulfilled by Orchard City Games within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Single cards cannot be returned or exchanged once they leave the counter, so be sure when you pick up your order that the items are correct. 

Refunds Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes to process your refund request (see below for specific guidelines). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. 

Your Privacy Orchard City Games is committed to protecting your privacy. We only use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide support and upgrades for our products. Please read on for more details about our privacy policy.

What information do we collect? How do we use it? When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. When you enter a contest or other promotional feature, we may ask for your name, address, and e-mail address so we can administer the contest and notify winners. You agree to be added to our mailing list for future promotions and deals. When you order through our website, you are opting in to receive newsletters about promotions, coupons, and important company announcements. All emails are sent through ConstantContact and you may opt out if you wish to no longer receive newsletters from us or our MTG partners.

How does Orchard City Games protect customer information? We use a Secure Server for collecting personal and credit card information. The secure server layer (SSL) encrypts (scrambles) all of the information you enter before it is transmitted over the Internet and sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.

What about "cookies"? "Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. We do not use cookies to collect or store any information about visitors or customers.

Will Orchard City Games disclose the information it collects to outside parties? Orchard City Games does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to companies not affiliated with Orchard City Games. Orchard City Games may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will not include personally identifying information.

Orchard City Games may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of Orchard City Games, our users, or others.
